Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

• The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party (not the carrier) appointed by you receives the goods.

• To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us with a clear statement via email at princemetal711@gmail.com.

Refunds

• We will issue a refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Conditions

For goods to be eligible for return:

• They must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• They must be in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Perishable goods or items with an expired use-by date.

• Unsealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

Note: We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.

• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
